Inside The Valuation Manager
Inside the Valuation Manager Interface…
Here we have a quick summary of what is in the Gemstone Appraisals Online Lab Report used for Self Valuation of your Gemstones at Home or Work, plus what type of questions are in each section.
It will give you some idea of what to expect…
Once you have passed through the registration procedure and the opening Terms and Conditions you will find yourself at the Valuation Manager.
From here you can set up your defaults (name - address - country etc) and start a new Lab Report. You will also be able to purchase more report Certificates from the special ‘Bulk Purchase’ option on the lower menu.
You have only one choice of Payment which is through Paypal, in any currency through virtually any credit card, and from almost any country in the World. The company has a VERY secure site and is First class. How Banking should be…
Not a Member of Paypal? Not a problem. It’s FREE.
We find Paypal is the best way to make payments Internationally as it is almost instant, and you have the advantage of Downloading your Gemological Lab Report Certificate for copying to your own Printer once the form is complete.
After making payment you will be redirected back to the Valuation Manager Registration page where you will start on your Lab Report.
Important Defaults
The Personal Details page is quite easy as it just asks for your general details. Name, address etc.
You need this for your Valuation but you can elect NOT to have it added to the final Certificate (if you are doing one for someone else, for example) by simply leaving each section blank.
The system is designed to price your Valuation Self Appraisal automatically into the currency of your country.
We are able to convert into the following:
- US$ Dollars
- UK£ Pounds
- EU€ Euros
- CA$ Canadian Dollars
- NZ$ New Zealand Dollars
- JP¥ Japanese Yen
- AU$ Australian Dollars
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES WILL DEFAULT TO US$ DOLLARS…
If there is a strong demand for other currencies, please contact us and we will endeavor to add it to the system.
As each of your Lab Reports are completed (depending on the number of reports purchased in your account) you will see them listed in the Valuation Manager ‘Members’ page.
This also shows the date completed, a general description plus the name of any client you may have assigned to that particular Report. The software also allows you to delete any valuation you no longer require (NOY RECOMMENDED).
The system also shows you the Appraisal Replacement Value and has a link to each Certificate ready for printing. There is also a timely reminder of how to get the best results when printing your certificate at home and is well worth reading.
The Valuation Manager is your complete organizer and also shows you just how many Reports you have remaining in your account. It is the single most impoortant part of the whole process.
As usual - there is a contact support link on each page.
